Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-06

This Privacy Policy explains how Georgi Atanasov, doing business as Fuzzlebyte Games ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use any Fuzzlebyte Games title — including Dropomino, Push Paths, and any future titles — together with related hosted content and the official website at fuzzlebyte.com (collectively, the "Services"). The Per-Game Services Matrix at the end of this policy lists which capabilities are active in each shipped title.

"Fuzzlebyte Games" is a trade name used by Georgi Atanasov as an individual; it is not a separate legal entity.

1. Local-First by Default

Fuzzlebyte Games titles are designed to work in a player-private, local-first way by default.

If you play a Fuzzlebyte game without linking or signing in to an account:

  • your gameplay progress and profile data are stored locally on your device;
  • your settings and preferences remain on your device;
  • we do not create an anonymous cloud account on your behalf;
  • cloud-linked profile collection does not begin unless you choose to sign in or link an account in a title that offers it.

In titles that offer optional account linking, signing in lets us use cloud services to help secure your account, sync profile and progression data across devices, and support features such as live reward drops or seasonal content. See the Per-Game Services Matrix for which titles offer account linking.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on which Fuzzlebyte game you use and how you use it, we may collect the following categories of information.

A. Local On-Device Data

When you use a Fuzzlebyte game without linking an account, the app stores game data locally on your device. Depending on the title, this may include:

  • player display name;
  • game progression and saved-state data;
  • statistics and run-related records;
  • profile preferences, unlockables, cosmetics, and showcase selections, where supported;
  • in-game currency balance, where supported;
  • reward-claim state stored locally in your profile, where supported;
  • in-app purchase entitlement state (whether you have unlocked paid features);
  • onboarding, prompt, and feature visibility preferences;
  • haptics, audio, and gameplay settings;
  • local timestamps and similar saved-state metadata.

This local data is used to make the game function and preserve your progress on your device.

B. Account and Sign-In Information (in titles that support account linking)

In Fuzzlebyte Games titles that support optional account linking, if you choose to sign in or link an account, we may receive account-related information through Firebase Authentication and the sign-in provider you choose, such as:

  • your Firebase user ID;
  • provider-linked account identifiers;
  • authentication status and linked provider state;
  • basic profile information made available by the provider, such as email address, name, or profile information, subject to the provider's permissions and policies.

See the Per-Game Services Matrix for which titles offer account linking and which sign-in providers are supported.

C. Cloud-Synced Profile and Reward Data (in titles that support cloud sync)

In Fuzzlebyte Games titles that offer cloud sync, if you sign in or link an account, we may store cloud-backed game data using Firebase services. Depending on the title, this may include:

  • profile and progression data;
  • quest completions and achievement history;
  • profile unlocks, cosmetics, and selected profile items;
  • in-game currency and reward-claim state;
  • server timestamps and sync metadata needed to keep profile data current.

If you do not sign in, this category is generally not created for your gameplay profile. In titles that do not offer account linking, this category is not created at all.

D. Hosted Content and Standard Network Request Data

A Fuzzlebyte game may request hosted content (such as seasonal content, reward data, or website assets) over the network. When that happens, standard technical data may be processed, such as:

  • IP address;
  • request metadata;
  • device or platform networking information;
  • timestamps and response status information.

This kind of technical data is a normal part of delivering online content and app services.

E. Communications You Send Us

If you contact us directly, including by email at contact@fuzzlebyte.com, we may collect:

  • your name or email address;
  • the contents of your message;
  • screenshots, device details, bug descriptions, or other information you choose to send us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to operate, maintain, and improve Fuzzlebyte Games titles and the Services;
  • to save local progress and settings on your device;
  • to authenticate users who choose to sign in or link an account, in titles that offer it;
  • to sync profile and progression data across sessions or devices, in titles that support it;
  • to deliver hosted content, seasonal content, rewards, and profile unlocks, where applicable;
  • to respond to bug reports, support requests, or feedback;
  • to detect abuse, cheating, unauthorized access, or technical misuse;
  • to diagnose service issues, fix bugs, and maintain app stability;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. What We Do Not Currently Use

Across the current shipped Fuzzlebyte Games titles, we do not currently use:

  • third-party in-app advertising SDKs;
  • in-app behavioral analytics SDKs;
  • mobile crash-reporting SDKs.

The Per-Game Services Matrix confirms this on a per-title basis. If any of this changes in a future version of a title, we will update this Privacy Policy.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers and platforms that help us operate the Services, including:

  • Apple, in connection with running on Apple platforms — including App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, and Sign in with Apple where supported;
  • Google, in connection with running on Android — including Google Play distribution, in-app purchase processing, and Google Sign-In where supported;
  • Firebase services, in titles that use them for authentication or cloud data storage (see the Per-Game Services Matrix);
  • hosting or infrastructure providers used to deliver website assets and, in titles that support it, hosted live content.

We may also disclose information:

  • if required by law, legal process, or valid government request;
  • to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the Developer, or the public;
  • in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Third-Party Services

Fuzzlebyte Games titles may rely on third-party services or platform features. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and terms.

Examples relevant across current Fuzzlebyte Games titles may include:

  • Apple
  • Google
  • Firebase

You should review the privacy information provided by those services if you use their sign-in or platform functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain player progression and account-linked features, in titles that offer them;
  • support live rewards and hosted content, where applicable;
  • resolve disputes and respond to support requests;
  • comply with legal obligations.

Locally stored data may remain on your device until you remove the app or clear app data. Cloud-linked profile or reward data may remain in our systems until it is no longer needed or is deleted in response to a valid request, where applicable.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.

You may also be able to:

  • choose not to link a third-party account, in titles that support but do not require account linking;
  • stop using the Services;
  • remove an app and local app data from your device;
  • contact us to request help regarding account-linked data.

To make a privacy-related request, contact: contact@fuzzlebyte.com

9. Children's Privacy

Fuzzlebyte Games titles are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us and we will review the request.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on the location of our service providers and infrastructure. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your own.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services to help protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. In-App Purchases and Payments

Fuzzlebyte Games titles follow a freemium model: free play is available, and a small one-time in-app purchase unlocks full access. The Per-Game Services Matrix confirms which titles currently offer this unlock.

When you make an in-app purchase:

  • payment processing on iOS is handled by Apple;
  • payment processing on Android is handled by Google;
  • we do not receive your full payment card details from those platforms;
  • we may receive transaction-related status information needed to unlock content or verify purchase access.

If the model changes for a future title, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through an app, the website, or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
